The project entails the construction a new terminal to expand Abu Dhabi’s Int’l Airport by 80 Million passengers/year. This included design and construction of new runways, passengers’ terminals and other facilities.

The project consists of a 63 story tower with 19 private pools, a hotel, a commercial complex, and over 25 penthouses overlooking the Palm Jumeirah in Dubai.
